Reservations
1) How do I make a reservation - A reservation can be made in 4 simple steps:
Step 1 Search for your arrival & departure dates in the region you wish to visit by using the booking engine. Thereafter all available hotels within your selected area should be returned.
Step 2 Browse through the list of available hotels and select the hotel you wish to book. On the hotel's page you have selected you will be presented with all the available room types,
Step 3 Select the room type that meets your occupancy requirements and then click the "Book Now" button. You will then be directed to a booking form where you are required to fill in all your details.
Step 4 Confirm Reservation - Once you have done this click the "Confirm Reservation" button and your reservation will immediately be confirmed. No further action is required on your behalf. Shortly afterwards you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided on the booking form. This confirmation needs to be presented to the hotel upon check in.

2) Is my reservation confirmed immediately? - Yes, once confirmed on BlendPortugal no further action is required on your behalf.

3) What happens after I've made my reservation? - After confirming your reservation you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided on the booking form. This confirmation will include all the details of your reservation e.g. the reservation nr, arrival/departure dates, number of people, room details etc. This confirmation needs to be presented to the hotel upon check in.

4) How can I make special requests e.g. cots for babies, extra beds, specific room facilities etc? - You can make all requests on the booking form. There is a specific field called "Special Request" where you should do this.

5) Can I make a reservation by phone? - Yes, feel free to call us on +351 211 201 642 and we will gladly assist. We will take you through our list of available hotels and book it for you.

Are my details secured?
When you buy anything via the BlendPortugal, we may need to collect information about you to process the transaction. This information is processed using data encryption and is done so in a highly secured environment. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

How do I contact the hotel after my reservation has been confirmed?
- We will send you the hotel's details or you could contact BlendPortugal with any enquiries.

Where do I find directions to the hotel?
- Google maps for all hotels are available on our website. Should you require more detailed directions, please contact us and we will arrange this for you.

Can I cancel / amend my reservation?
- Yes you may cancel your reservation. Please be informed that the hotel may charge a cancellation fee if your cancellation goes against their cancellation policy. All hotels' cancellation policies are published on the hotels information page. We urge you to read all hotel / booking policies prior to making a reservation.

Selecting a Room
1) How do I select a room? - After searching for availability a table with all available room types will be presented to you on the hotel's information page. To select a room you simply need to click the drop down arrow in the "Select nr. of Rooms" column for the room type you wish to book. For example, if you require 2 rooms select the number 2, if you require 1 room select the number 1 for the room type you wish to book. The total price for all the rooms you selected will be displayed at the bottom of the rooms table.

2) How do I know which room to select? - It's important to select a room type where the max occupancy of the room/s corresponds with the number of people in your party. For example if there are 3ppl in your party you may want to select 1 double room (sleeps 2ppl) and 1 single room (sleeps 1person). Alternatively if there are 4ppl in your party you may want to select 4 singles or 2 doubles.

3) I have special needs e.g. wheelchair access, extra bed, cot, shower etc. can you arrange this? - Yes we can arrange this. Please stipulate your special needs in the "Special Requirements" field on the booking form.

4) Are there any extra costs involved for any special requests? - Additional costs may apply depending on your request. It's best to send us the request and we'll find out for you. Rest assured if additional costs do apply we will contact you first.

Payments
1) When do I pay? - Some reservations require a deposit. This will be charged to your CC immediately online. The amount that will be charged to your CC is displayed on the booking form, before making your reservation. Where certain reservations require only a portion of the value to be paid online, the balance is payable to the hotel upon your arrival / departure

2) How do I pay? - We only accept credit card payments via our website and over the phone.

3) What credit card can I use? - We accept Visa & Mastercard

4) I do not have a credit card can I still make a reservation? - Yes you can still make a reservation however you will need to contact us by phone to do so.
